About Event: Samgatha is the annual techno-cultural festival of IIITD&M Kancheepuram. Since its humble beginnings as an intra-college festival in 2011, Samgatha has blossomed into a fest where the best and the brightest students come together.Aptly named as the 'battle of wits', Samgatha is the ultimate stop where you get to experience a technical bonanza and cultural extravaganza. One gets to witness unrestrained passion, raw talent, incredible finesse and infinite enthusiasm brought to the fore here. Samgatha'15 promises to be a truly multicultural and cosmopolitan fest open to all colleges. It will see more than 30 events spanning across 3 unforgettable days with a dazzling display of skills and creativity at its enchanting best.From the standard engineering events like robotics and circuit design, the traditional cultural events like singing and dancing, to loads of fresh exciting events which engage gamers, geeks, techies and artists alike, it is assured that each event at Samgatha'15 has a unique twist that will have you swept off your feet.
